Recordings not showing up

I have done some recordings over 2 different meetings, and it seems like near the end, the recordings stopped showing up when I clicked convert in the folder. I know it has been saving stuff until 13.18 because it shows, but the last recording appears on 13.08. The most important part of the meeting happened at 13.12, but it isn't showing up in my recordings folder. Is there any way I can recover the video I recorded? The convert button is no longer working, it no longer loads anything.

I am assuming you are recording the files locally as you are talking about converting them, although they should automatically convert when the meeting ends.  Are you seeing the recordings in the web portal under Recordings?  Here is a troubleshooting document to describe some of the potential issues, and solutions if they are available since it is hard to know exactly what is going on with your situation.
