Hi 

I'd love some help! I recorded a zoom meeting to the cloud last night in gallery view. Both me and the second person were visible on my screen; a prerequisite for submitting this recording towards a professional development requirement. However, when I checked the recording itself. it is in speaker view only, with each person being seen at a time, without even a smaller picture being present! I went back to check my recording settings and see that I need to change the setting for the future. However, does anyone know if there is a way to salvage this video by getting hold of the recording in the gallery view that I had on my screen?

If anyone has any clarity on this I'd really appreciate it!
