Recording resolution

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers,  routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My  recordings are now always 640 x 360. I have  clicked group HD, and also. made it  always on the higher recording setting in meeting settings.I use this content for art tutorials but I cant really use them as the resolution is so low. My recordings are  about an hour long,  but even shorter ones aren't  recording great either. I have a paid account.  even a 720 would be  better than what I have been getting. Please help Me.

In the Workplace app, the Zoom video resolution can be set to HD by checking the HD checkbox in Camera.

I have every setting already suited that is supposed to be for higher resolution as stated in my initial post

Nothing has changed because no one gave me any idea ideas on what to do. I’ve done everything that was mentioned prior to me posting this and it’s not like I can even reach out to Zoom to get any insight.

 There are various factors that can affect your local or cloud recording, including the number of participants and meeting settings. You can refer to the table provided in this link for the resolution of your local or cloud recording.

I already have looked at that a million times it’s only me and a few other people and my Internet seems to be completely fine and fast as I’ve dealt with buying new Internet, new routers and new everything and they don’t know why I’m getting a low recording resolution either.

Zoom - 6.2.11

On a MacBook pro

using  a new  logi 1080 webcam and a iPhone 12 Pro Max  to record  demos from my  virtual art classes.

I have scoured over every thread and  have reach out to  so many tech friends ( since I cant call zoom for support)

I have a paid zoom account but  not  high enough to qualify for support....

Anyhow, I record my  meetings for my students and  I only get 640x 360 resolution. This is absurd! I have  all the boxes checked to be HD, and  all the settings on both my  comp app,  zoom website  settings, and phone app  selected. When I record without my phone  my new webcam will do 1080. with my phone ( the part that is  most important for my demo) it  is  the lesser resolution. there HAS to be a reason this is happening? I have  fast internet,  pent tons already on  internet upgrades,  new cameras and everything and STILL no resolving this issue. PLEASE someone help me.
