Recording recorded in 4:3 ration (square) Instead of 16:9 (rectangle)

I was using the MmmHmm app and things were going great but when I saw the recording it was tiny and square and not my usual Zoom size. Do you have any idea why that happened and how I can fix it?

Hi @RobynH as you cannot change the ratio of the recording afterward when recording, however, before recording again I would double-check your Zoom client settings > Video > Camera > Original Ratio to see if this was checked. 

For example, with the original ratio deselected you will see a difference in the ratio of your camera.
