Recording all participants

Hello! I have zoom configured so that all participants appear. When I record to the computer, the recording also shows all participants. But... when I record to the ZOOM cloud, only whoever is speaking appears (and I need everyone to appear). How to solve? Thank you very much

Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!

Click on the "Recording" tab to check recordings settings
Correcting settings related to recording layout or video layout.

You should see options for how participants are displayed in the recording

Choose the option that ensure all participants are visible in the recording.

This is simply labeled as "Active Speaker with Gallery View

So I have the newest Zoom client as of today (Zoom workplace 6.0.11), and this is what I see for Recording settings:

Store my recording (Dialog to choose a folder)

Choose a location for recorded files when the meeting ends

Record a separate audio file for each participant

Display participants' names in the recording

Optimize for third-party video editor

Add a timestamp to the recording

Record video during screen sharing (with a sub-option "Place video next to the shared screen in the recording"

Keep temporary recording files.

None of these options appear to allow configuring a recording layout.
