I have a paid account with Zoom.  I want to record locally, but so far I have only been able to record in 720P  I would like to record in 1080P.  I thought I was able to do that when I first purchased my license?

Full HD (1080) is not a feature of all paid licenses, just Business, Education, and Enterprise plans:
