Read.ai and Otter.ai keep getting booted out of calls just minutes in to the call. How to fix?

HI. I'm a paying Zoom user. I host meetings and I allow participants to include their transcription/recording tools such as third party READ.AI and OTTER.AI.

For both, Zoom seems to be pushing them out of the calls. I have tried finding a solution online, here at Zoom support, and even tried emailing Zoom, but on the latter, annoyingly, Zoom pushes back my emails with an auto-reply which reads:

"This email address cannot be used to create a support case.

For technical support, please go to the customer service portal or call.

If this is an urgent issue please call our customer service team."

and then does not offer a phone number for customer service.

What do I do to KEEP these transcription services connected on the calls (until I manually remove them, if I so desire)?

Thank you for your advice.

I'm also having this issue on a full Zoom Business subscription, that Otter.ai drops most times within a few minutes of starting and doesn't produce any output.  It's not an issue of Otter.ai not working, because it can work well, but rather that on most occasions it crashes. The previous post appears to be a robot response, since it's obviously missing the OPs situation that Otter.ai starts the call, or else why would it propose an App Subscription solution? Or does Zoom have two level subscriptions, some that work sometimes and some that work all the time?
