RME UFX III causes Zoom to Hang in Audio Settings.
Greetings, when I launch Zoom and open Settings/Audio, I get the spinning beachball and must force-quit the Zoom app. This is due to Zoom not being able to address all 188 channels that the UFX III presents by default. My workaround currently is to run the interface with a USB 2.0 cable that reduces the channels to 60, which creates issues with my other audio apps. Is Zoom aware of this and working on a fix? Thank you.

Having the same issue, Zoom keeps freezing as it cannot handle 188 channels list from audio interface over USB 3 of RME UFX III.
It would be really appreciated if someone at zoom can resolve this issue, as MS Teams has not problem handling and listing all the channels of UFX III without crashing.

I've purchased a professional multichannel interface specifically to integrate audio production apps with Zoom and other live streaming services. It's surprising that Zoom currently cannot handle this as arguably the leading professional streaming platform.
