On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

If we want to give access to panelist to do a practice session without host. Is it possible. If yes then how to make it happen?

Not currently possible to allow this when booking, to the best of my knowledge.

The simplest workaround is to designate that panelist as an alternative host for the period(s) they need to use the practice session, then demote them if this is no longer required.

And if we make them a speaker does it work?

You could demote them to co-host or panelist. They would need to start as an alternative host in order to open the meeting without the host present.
