Hello,

I'm an administrator but can't open the poll function

Hi @secretaris thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! It could be that the Polling setting is not enabled in the Zoom web portal. If you can follow this support article

And look under the "User" section. It will tell you how to enable this for your personal settings. 

 

If you are an Account admin you can also enable this at the account level, which are like global settings for all Zoom users. If you lock the setting at the Account level it will be on for all users. You can also create groups of users and apply this setting at the group level, say you only want to enable it for some users. You could create a group for users who need polling, and another group for all other users with this setting disabled and locked.
