Hello - I have a Pro account that is paid in full and it still will not let me schedule past the 40 minute mark. I have asked for help from the ZOOM desk with no response and I have an important meeting tomorrow. This happened at a meeting yesterday as well - the countdown started in the middle of a meeting when I pay for the PRO. Anyone able to help please?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ToreyG.

You probably just need to assign your newly purchased license to your user account. See this web page for assistance:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-a-License

Follow these steps taken from the article:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal at https://zoom.us.
    2. Click User Management, then Users.
    3. Locate or search for the user who you want to assign a license. There will likely only be your single account – click your account
    4. Click Edit at the end of the user row. This will open a window.
    5. Choose the User Type to assign, selecting Licensed.
    6. After choosing the User Type, use the drop down to select the license. There should be an indication that you have 1 available user license if you have indeed purchased one or more new licenses. Click the available license.
    7. (Optional) Assign add-ons can be included by checking the boxes for the add-on. You will not likely have any add-ons, so you might skip this step.
    8. Click Save.

The license is now applied to your user account and you can use it immediately.

If this does not fix your issue, please submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.

Thank you so much, Ray! I had sent multiple tickets to Zoom with either no response or one response that did not solve the issue and you solved it right away. You really saved me! Thank you so much!

I can always cancel Zoom if they do not work well and go to Google Meet.

Hola, que te funciono, yo sigo igual y no consigo q me funcione

I have the same issue....Pro account, but only allowing 40 minutes.  The single user is listed as having the Pro license, but when I go into the edit icon, it shows that I have no licenses available.  There are no other users on the account so it has not been assigned elsewhere.....any thoughts on troubleshooting???

I am the user and the owner of the account . I paid for Pro. Why is it giving my client a countdown, who I am speaking to? I do not see the countdown.
