While acting as host/co-host when participants raise their hands their windows move to the top left of the screen. The ZOOM bomber while playing pronography has been raising then lowering their hand making it hard to pin them and remove them. It helps to look at their name then got to the “Participate list” and seach for them and kick them out form there, rather than from the video tiles. I would like to disable this so they don't move around the screen when quickly raising and lowering their hand. Thanks

hi @GCIEB
Yes, when poeple raise their hands they go to the top of the list and the top left of the screen.
This is so they can be easily seen.
If you ever suffer from a zoom bomber you should use the suspend option to shutdown everything while you then sort them out
you may also want to use a new feature to check on unknown visitors in advance.

Hi John
For years now, AA and other meetings have been dealing with people abusing the raise hand feature. We don't want to suspend the meeting. We simply want to disable gestures as a whole, or at least the raise hand function. It doesn't seem like a big ask.
Google Meet is going to start taking market share from Zoom. It's crazy that Zoom develops all this AI instead of listening to its customers.

It's a worthless feature. People come in quickly, and they may be a bomber or somebody driving, or somebody new to zoom. They may not respond at all. They often come in after the meeting starts because it's busy. All we ask is the ability to disable gestures or hand raising. It's so simple.
