Participant repeatedly drops

One participant repeatedly drops in a meeting, even though the same participant states that they have no issues in other zoom meetings. Any ideas why?

Hello,

Could be a network connectivity issue. I'd have them check their internet speeds. Also, check how many tabs they have open.
