Others enter our Zoom with my Name!

Hello - 

I'm so confused and need some help please! I set up a zoom link for others to register for a zoom meeting. Each of them enters the zoom meeting with my name and then needs to rename themselves!  There must be a setting that needs changing.  Thank you for taking time to help me figure this out! 🙂

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @TSS1,.

 

Chanced are pretty good that you have "Registration Required" set for your meeting, and you sent them your Join link, instead of the registration link. Go back to the meeting details on the Zoom Web Portal and get the Registration Link:

Everyone who clicks the link will be required to enter their email address and name, after which they'll be send a Join link that will use their name when they attend.
