This Does Not happen when I'm alone in a meeting.
When in a meeting with at least one other, their image ... video...(whatever you would see in their 'Brady Bunch' box) flickers onto my square... over my video.
When my cam is off, it's stable.
I can use my cam in Skype and Google Chat, with no issue.
I logged in to a secondary account, on Zoom, and it still did it.

This has happened to 3x different participants in our meeting over the past three days.
One each day. It's really distracting.
