Orifginal sound for musicians

What happened to the Original sound for musicians button that was on Zoom? Now I have Workplace, (not that I asked for it!), the sound is a mess (it keeps breaking up) and I don't know how to tell my students to fix it. Ugh

I have the same problem on my windows 10 PC - with the same Zoom Release as on my MAC but the MAC is OK.  The "Original sound for musician's" option is available on the MAC but not on the PC.   Sorry to see no one has answered this question.

Hi Gibsongirl, it seems Zoom has integrated Workplace and the Original Sound feature might have been affected. To address the sound breaking up, try advising your students to disable 'Enable Original Sound' in Zoom's settings under Audio, and ensure they have a stable internet connection.
