On mac desktop, where is the Personal Meeting Room?

Under the Meetings Tab, I used to get a couple of buttons, one of which was "Start Meeting." Now it just shows that there's nothing on the calendar. I cannot find a way to start my personal meeting room anywhere!

It looks like I have to log in to Zoom via my browser to get the Start Button. Either that or they made changes without explaining where the Start button is located now in the desktop mac app.
