Hi!

I am using iPad - when I am on a meeting (my camera on) and I want to switch to another app, the camera automatically turn off. Can I change the settings so the camera won’t turn off when I switch the app?

Hello @TamarR,

Our app is not designed to allow the camera to stay active when the app is running in the background, it needs to be the main focal app.  However, if you have a newer iPad or iPad Pro that supports split view, you can open up a second app without fulling switching away for the Zoom app and in this instance the camera should stay active.  I have tested this on my own iPad Pro.

Here is a support article from Apple regarding SplitView on ipad.
