I'm asking about this from update 5/24-25/2021

"Persistent Notification Banners until Dismissed - AlwaysShowIMNotificationBanner
Disabled by default, this option will force on the “Show notification banner on screen until dismissed” setting within the Chat settings of the client"

I had an idea about what this is but might be wrong.  I cannot find anything in the support section that explains what it is or how to use it.  Has anyone had experience with it?

Thank you

Unfortunately that is not something we support directly in Zoom. Others have been able to do this with 3rd party services that can alter the video before it reaches Zoom, such as OBS.

Hi @lionspaw0621

This is a MSI flag for mass deployments of the Windows client. When this is enabled in the deployment package, the “Show notification banner on screen until dismissed” setting within the Chat settings of the client will be enabled by default for users. The setting just requires chat notifications to be actively dismissed, rather than automatically expire after a few seconds.

For more info about MSI installs, please refer to the mass install article for Windows

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thanks - yup - not what I thought it was.  Is there a feature that allows a logo to be displayed in the corner of the zoom window during meeting?  I might be confused but I sure thought I saw something about that.

Thanks
