Hi!

I just bought the Acer Swift Go 14.

I have to be on Zoom with my camera on all the time, during work hours.

But when I downloaded Zoom and tried to set up my virtual background (image), it won't allow me to because it says that my device does not support virtual backgrounds.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 125H 1.20 GHz

RAM: 16.0 G

I have the same issue except it works on my PC but when I use my VDI the video works but tells me the device does not support virtual bkgs:

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

My other pc works but here is the specs:

Device name LAPTOP-6093NV10
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz   2.42 GHz
Installed RAM 12.0 GB (11.8 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Hello there,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. It seems that the processor you're using does not meet the system requirement for using Zoom Virtual Background.

You may check out this resource for the system requirements.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

OK Mark

So while I can't access background on my new Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ (even though they worked on my old Galaxy Tab S5e with lower system resources) the backgrounds in Team work just great!  So if Teams works, why can't Zoom work???
