I have a Workplace Pro account and I'm self-employed. I cannot find the Trash icon in "Recordings & Transcripts" in order to retrieve a deleted recording (within 7 day period). I only see at the upper right an icon "Document" that sends me to an instruction page for how to record a meeting. The lack of a Trash icon is true for both "Cloud Recordings" and "Computer Recordings." So, if the lack of such icon suggests that my Settings are wrong, is there something I need to adjust in my Settings? Zoom's detailed instructions for how to retrieve recordings seems to have left this salient step out.

Hello @Jaz8,
I checked this on my account, and I did not have the trash icon either. So I deleted one of my recordings, and the trash icon appeared. It is possible that you have not deleted any recordings lately, so the trash icon is not present, but that is still the preferred way to restore a recording that you delete. Below is a screenshot of my recording and transcripts tab from when I deleted one of my recordings. I hope that helped. If so, please click that accepted solution button.

It is possible that you have not deleted any recordings lately, so the trash icon is not present, but that is still the preferred way to restore a recording that you delete. I read up on this and "Record to Cloud" is automtically selected when somone signs up for Pro subscription. I checked this statement by going into my Settings, and the statement is true. I tried your method of deleting my only session from "Cloud Recordings" and it did delete. After I refreshed the page, the Trash icon appeared. Thanks for your suggestion!
