Hi
we have a few users using the same teaching account.
sometimes the users accdentally logs in and bumps the current user out of the meeting.
is there a way to a person login in if I am already logged in please?
thank you
best regards

There is no way to prevent that, as sharing accounts is against our TOS and we only allow an account to be signed in to one computer, tablet, and phone at a time.
Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

hi,
thank you for the message.
What I need is in line with the TOC
i.e. when I am logged in I do not want the login to work so that anyone else can log in. The login is taken until I log out.
thank you
beest regards
