Good morning/afternoon/evening,
A client is having a problem uninstalling their current version of Zoom (so they can do an upgrade). Based on the message (about missing features), I believe the issue is that the uninstall process can't find the original installer. Can someone provide a link to where I could download the 64-bit installer for Zoom Desktop Client 5.13.11216?
Thanks very much.

Hi lacanuck,
Suggest you do cleanzoom. Please see
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065146
you can download the latest client from the download center.
Did my response answer your question? If so, please don't forget to mark the reply as an accepted solution.
thanks, eliot

Yeah, no. Already knew about the link you provided. Already tried CleanZoom. And yet the error also occurs when running CleanZoom. If I had the ability, I'd paste in the error message. But I'm sure you know what it looks like. It's the one that says "The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ZoomInstallerFull.msi in the box below." And when a path to a directory containing ZoominInstallerFull.msi is included, the error appears again.
Thanks,
Bruce

My apologies. The message when using the current ZoomInstallerFull with CleanZoom was 'The file <pathToMsiInstaller> is not a valid installation package for the product Zoom(64bit). Try to find the installation package "ZoomInstallerFull.msi" in a folder from which you can install Zoom(64bit)'
