Need help recovering recordings deleted more than 30 days ago

I would like to recover meeting videos/recordings about 40 days earlier than the latest recoverable items. Is it possible to restore them? what is the procedure to do so?

Hi TOV,

Recordings deleted more than 30 days ago can’t be recovered, as they’re permanently removed from our system after that period.

To avoid this in the future, you can:

• Download important recordings regularly

• Set up automatic local backups

• Enable cloud retention alerts
