Need for a producer

Hi there I’d like to get some help on how I can best use zoom for training sessions. We have session with up to 12 people but need to do breakouts and polls - plus also record our sessions. Would you advise having producer as well as a facilitator to make the whole thing smoother or in your experience is this something that one person can do by themselves?

I am commonly involved in producing and technically directing small to large meetings and events, and the audience experience is always better when tasks are delegated to qualified individuals. It eliminates the pauses, stutters, and mishaps that commonly occur when all these tasks are the responsibility of a single person, especially if it is the primary presenter.

Happy to help, or at least hope my feedback has been helpful.
