Dialing out sometimes produces a very loud dial tone

Hi team, my sales team sometimes experiences an issue where when dialing out the zoom phone system gives us a dial tone that is very loud and resembles the sound a jackhammer makes. The calls are still connecting so this is mainly a quality of life issue. Any idea on what could be causing this and a potent
