Is there a way of hiding participants names on screen during the meeting? I have the option deselected in the settings but it still shows their names.

Hi quaverwave,
I believe the check box for "Always display participant name on video" only controls showing the name if they have video on. If you have participants joining and not using a camera it will not affect them. You could use the check box to hide non-video participants to eliminate the rest or you could simply change your view to full screen so you only see the current presentation and not the participants. Keep in mind these changes only affect you and you can not apply these changes to others in your meeting.
