I don't see an "education" account listed as an account type. Is an "education" account the same as a "basic" account?

Hi @BHIII
An Education account would be a type of Business account. That being said, you may have a Basic account that has been flagged as a K-12 account, which we have removed the 40-minute limit for meetings in order to support schools during the pandemic.
You can check your account type by going to the Account Profile page.
