Hello,
Is it possible to have multiple admin on a recurring meeting so that anyone can enter who is invited?
Many Thanks,
Fi4

Hi @Fi4, welcome to Zoom Community! There are two main options to allow participants to join a recurring meeting without requiring the host:
Allows designated co-hosts to start and manage the meeting
Alternative hosts have similar privileges as the main host
Can be assigned when scheduling or during the meeting
Enable "Join Before Host" authentication setting
Allows authenticated participants to join before the host arrives
Can require sign-in to verify invited participants
Host can pre-authorize specific domains or email addresses
Both options provide flexibility while maintaining security through proper authentication and host controls. I hope this helps!
