Hello,

Is it possible to have multiple admin on a recurring meeting so that anyone can enter who is invited?

Many Thanks,
Fi4

Hi @Fi4, welcome to Zoom Community!  There are two main options to allow participants to join a recurring meeting without requiring the host:

  • Set up alternative hosts

    • Allows designated co-hosts to start and manage the meeting

    • Alternative hosts have similar privileges as the main host

    • Can be assigned when scheduling or during the meeting

  • Enable "Join Before Host" authentication setting

    • Allows authenticated participants to join before the host arrives

    • Can require sign-in to verify invited participants

    • Host can pre-authorize specific domains or email addresses

Both options provide flexibility while maintaining security through proper authentication and host controls. I hope this helps!
