I am new to zoom and would appreciate any help you guys can give. We have been tasked with migrating to zoom video from twilio. We need to make some core decisions right now based on future requirements and I was wondering if anyone here can suggest something.

Zoom UI Toolkit is a quick way to start the project however we have some features I could anticipate and Im not exactly sure if UI Toolkiit will allow any customizations. Especially customizations with participants in general, which we might need to hide as chaperones, pass the user names based on roles, urls etc. Also have video, mic health checks before the session and possibly some button customizations.

Does the UI toolkit offer any programmable customizations or the custom UI with Zoom video sdk is the way to go?
