Hi, my microphone volume is suddenly too low. I have a macbook pro. It's hard for all my client's to hear me. In audio settings the microphone volume is on max. However, when I test my microphone in audio settings my voice volume is much too faint.
I tested the microphone on my computer itself, it is fine. I have done the most recent update.
Please help! Thanks

This has happened to me too... very interested to hear of a solution!

This has been happening to me for the last 6 months. I'll be in a meeting and everything is ok, everyone can hear me. (Windows 11 laptop no headset) 20 or 30 minutes will go by and I am finally called on to speak again. No one can hear me, but I am not muted and my mic volume is high! The last time it happened I went to audio settings in zoom and in windows and tried everything but my mic remained really low. The Automatically Adjust mic check box on or off does not fix it.
The only thing that fixes it is to click the carat next to the microphone icon and change to the "system" mic and back to my laptop mic (they are the same mic actually but it seems to force Zoom to reset something).
If anyone from Zoom is reading this, is there a way to do some logging so when I catch this in the act I can raise the log to Zoom support through my megacorp?

Have you tried going into Zoom -> Settings -> Audio -> Advanced -> "Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers" and setting it to "Off (Windows - Raw)".
Saw this in a different thread. I have a user with the same issue on multiple devices. Haven't tried this yet as they're always out of the office.
