Micro and Video not working

It is been a couple of days that my video and micro do not work when I enter a meeting. They seem to be fine but they simply do not work. the image is black and when I try with the settings of the audio it just says that there are issues with my micro but it works with other apps so I do not know what to do. This only happens from the desktop app, with the phone is fine.

I hope someone can help me.

O meu problema é este também, fica com umas listras coloridas, depois fica preto.
