Meetings created via web only shows on Zoom app not on Outlook

When a meeting is created via web portal, it will show on the Zoom Desktop calendar but not Outlook calendar. But when a meeting is created from Zoom desktop, it will show on Outlook calendar

This comes down to the robustness of the Outlook integration. You have a couple options. You could either add the Zoom meetings yourself to Outlook when scheduling in the web portal. Alternatively there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you schedule Zoom meetings that are added to both Zoom and Outlook calendar.
