Hello,
First time poster here.
The company I work for has a Zoom Enterprise Account. Most of our work is done through meetings due to the difference in timezones. We are currently facing a issue with our US employees, since the meeting link is causing error from their side. Could this be due to having two active meetings at the same time?
What I mean by this is that, we have a meeting from 5:30 to 7. The meeting causing issues starts from 7 till 8, but sometimes the 5:30 to 7 meeting doesnt end at 7 and keeps going but a member of our team joins the other meeting. The link is showing the meeting at 7 with a changed time, which is not what should be happening.
How can we resolve this issue?
