On a PC that only runs Zoom, a message saying "The system is operating at low performance" is displayed, and you cannot hold a meeting with Zoom. Is there any solution?

Does this issue persist after rebooting? Can you provide the specs of the machine (CPU, RAM, and OS to start)?
