Meeting Transcripts Privacy

We are an RIA firm registered with the SEC and have concerns about the privacy of the transcripts, recordings and AI.  Are the transcripts stored in the Cloud?  Are these accessible to anyone, anywhere other than our firm?  Is it possible that cyber criminals or other bad actors could access any recordings or transcripts? 

Is the same true for the AI generated summaries?
