On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Making zoom calls joinable via single click

Hi I've been told theres a way of making it so people can join zoom meetings with a single click which made me purchase it.

However when I've tried this using the pro plan, unless they already have zoom it appears people have to click join via browser, accept a policy and go through many steps before they can join.

Does the one click feature only work with people who already have zoom?

Also on a side note I can't find how to contact zoom support.

Thanks

Hi AdamH,

Apologies for the confusion! The option to join a Zoom Meeting with a single click is only available for participants that have a Zoom account and Zoom client installed.

Participants without a Zoom account, joining from the web, will need to follow prompts and accept Zoom’s Terms & Conditions before joining a meeting.

You can contact Zoom Support by following this link for additional information.
