I NEED HELP EVERY TIME I TRY TO JOIN A ZOOM MEETING IS SAYS THIS (LOOK AT ATTACHMENT) AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

Looks like you were provided the incorrect link to the meeting and instead provided a link to a page on their account. That page usually appears when you are trying to access a page in an account you don't have permission to access, such as the Billing page. Reach out to the host and ask them to confirm the link they provided. 

I don't know the host of the zoom meeting and I have no way in contacting the zoom host of that meeting
