I'm unable to increase the volume. While my Bluetooth speaker is loud when connected to Spotify and other apps, it becomes surprisingly quiet when using Zoom, and I can't raise the volume.

Are you sure that any sound is coming from the BT speakers; unless they have a microphone Zoom apparently won't connect to them althought the phones BT may show it as connected.
