Hi Iwant other facilitators to log in with email and our account password. Every time someone else does it I am sent a code for them to activate the meeting. How do I stop this so that they can log in using our account email and password as administrator and I don' t have to get a code which I send to them.
Its causing alot of grief

The issue is Zoom is one account per user. You should not be giving your account and password to other users. They need to have their own account. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Could you explain how administrators access our non-profit account where they can see everything to help manage? If they have their own private zoom account how do they not mix the two accounts up if they log in with their zoom email. Not sure we understands. Do our executive staff each need to pay $50 a month to manage if we need them?
