Local Meeting Recording

Hi, I hosted and recorded a meeting and when I try and watch the video (using Mac) it tells me to convert it but when I click to convert it nothing happens. I can see the file in my finer but clicking on it does nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help

After you converted the recording, what is left in that folder? Are there any other files left after the conversion?
