I am in classes on ZOOM. Everyone likes the differing chat comments. Mine does not give me that option at all. Additionally, people respond to chat comments hitting a respond button, mine does not have that option. I had tried using ZOOM in different browsers but I still don't have those options. Additionally, I have already asked this question, but so far no one can answer and I noticed other people are having this same problem. My AirPods Pro and my expensive BOSE speaker will not work on ZOOM. They work with everything else, just not ZOOM. When I am in ZOOM it says that ZOOM is using the AirPods Pro or my BOSE speaker, but the sound is not coming through my AirPods Pro or my BOSE speaker.

Are you using the latest version of the Zoom app?
May I confirm if you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the desktop/client app?
May I know if you have had these settings/features available before?
If you are using Windows, the following steps should help get the old installation cleared, and get Zoom reinstalled and working for you.
Could you run the CleanZoom application, and then restart your computer when it's finished?
Once done restarting please visit this link https://zoom.us/support/download this will automatically download the newest version for you.
Please install the 64-bit version once downloaded.

Kindly retest and provide us a screenshot or screen recording if the issue persists.

Hi Carla,
Thank you for suggesting deleting and re-instaling Zoom. That worked for the liking and responding in chat which is fixed now.
However, I have followed all of the trouble shooting steps and cannot get Zoom to hook to my AirPods nor my Bose speaker.
Any additional suggestions on this would be appreciated.
