PLEASE add an option for NTSC framerates (like 29.976)

I understand that a huge portion of the world is on PAL (25/50 fps) and that's fine....
but there are millions if not billions of Zoom users that also want NTSC options, at least 30 (and/or 29.976) fps, particularly those of us called upon to edit recordings after the fact. Can it be made an option? It's a bit stunning that it isn't already.

Hello,

I thought that is what the following setting does for cloud recordings. ( 30 fps)

  • Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor: Generate your cloud recording video files with a standard format that is compatible with 3rd party video editors. This may increase file size.

It does not. See screencap below of media info for a test recording with that option checked.
Also, it would be appreciated if it gave you checkboxes or dropdowns for options instead of simply stating "Optimize for third-party video editor"

In my work I often am using a much more robust setup and recording the meetings through something like OBS with real cameras and switchers, so in those cases I can control more...BUT, we also frequently have to deal with recordings sent to us by normal users who seek editing, and even if they check the "optimize" box (which is hopefully default?), which they often don't, it still outputs 25 fps.

side note: why do we have to secretly specifically reach out to beg customer service for 1920 x 1080?
