We have several users whose licensed accounts are automatically switching to basic accounts. 

 

We are an Enterprise account

Hi, Kristi. 

That’s not much to go on in terms of troubleshooting. If you have a Business or Enterprise account, I highly recommend getting in touch with your Account Exec to figure out why this is happening.

 

If you’re on a Pro account, look to see if the number of available licenses is 0; possibly you had some annual licenses that didn’t renew.

 

Otherwise, please submit a support ticket to Zoom’s Billing team here and they should be able to assist you.
