Hi everyone,
The latest Zoom release on February 27, 2023, resolved an issue where licensed users received a 40-minute time limit on meetings with Zoom Outlook plugin. Please update Zoom to the latest version to resolve this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you!

Log out of app, close app, reopen app, log into app. If Outlook is used, close Outlook before all of this.

Make sure they have the client downloaded and installed and that they are logged into their paid Zoom account.
