It doesn't join the conference.

During joining a conference via a link, the program first writes 'Connecting...' then this small window disappears, and it doesn't join the conference at all. The same happens when creating a conference. Could you please advise what to do?

Since it did not connect to the server I would guess that you don't have a good internet connection.

No, the internet connection is fine, I checked. This is a problem with the application on PC.
