Music don't hear

Hello everyone! In our school, we use Soundpad software to play music during breaks. Right now, for some reason, the program isn't playing the music, and it's not audible. I used a special feature in the settings (seems to be called 'Original sound')...

It doesn't join the conference.

During joining a conference via a link, the program first writes 'Connecting...' then this small window disappears, and it doesn't join the conference at all. The same happens when creating a conference. Could you please advise what to do?
