Request for Assistance: Enable User-to-User Meetings Without Host Presence Using Zoom Business Acc.

I have a platform that integrates with a Zoom Business account, and I need help configuring a specific meeting flow.

 

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

 

I want to automatically create Zoom meeting links when two users book a session on my platform.

 

These meetings should allow both users to join and interact via the generated link without requiring the admin/host to start or join the meeting.

 

The meeting is scheduled for a future time, and the link is stored in our database so both users can access it when the session begins.

 

After the meeting, I want to generate AI-based meeting notes and store them or provide them as a downloadable file on my platform.

 

Currently, the meetings we create require the host to join first before others can enter. I’d like to avoid that and allow the meeting to start as long as both users join — without host intervention.

 

 

Could you please advise:

 

1. What settings need to be configured in the Zoom Business account to allow meetings to start without the host?

 

2. Any API options or meeting creation parameters that support this use case?

You will need to have a developer program what you want. This is a question more appropriate for the Developers Forum at https://devforum.zoom.us/. Further discussion needs to be in the Zoom developer forum.
