Issue with Visibility of Shared Content After Joining the Meeting

For the past few weeks, despite regular updates (we enforce the system rule that students can only join with the latest version of Zoom), some students—most likely using macOS and/or iOS—have been experiencing issues with viewing the shared content from the instructor. This issue affects those who join the meeting after the content has already started being presented or after they reconnect following a disconnection (which is essentially the same scenario).
The workaround is to reshare the presentation specifically for these students, but this is frustrating. Has anyone encountered a similar issue recently? (This problem did not occur before.) The issue affects only some students, while a large number can see the shared content correctly.

I have the same issue and has to stop share and re-share multiple times for viewers to see my shared content. seems that only those using tablets (not necessary ipads) ; macbook are affected. ONLY laptop uses are ok. Problem only started end 2024/Jan 2025. another way is to join via browser(doesnt work for all that are affected) but this posed another problem: annotation tool is gone. students cannot write their answers on my shared screen now
