Hi,
Maybe a long workaround....but you could try canceling the auto-send feature from Zoom and setting up the invite manually in Outlook instead. Just copy the details from the Zoom invitation into a new event entry in your Outlook Calendar, add the attendee emails, and send it out that way.

I am mystified why this is such a mess. I am experiencing the same problems as all of you. I cannot operate my business this way.
Other than Zoom, any suggestions for another program that is actually working. Teams perhaps?

You could try copying the Zoom link into Outlook or whichever calendar client you use and sending it that way. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Outlook calendar invites to all attendees you add.

Hello community members.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience and late response.
You may follow this to set up calendar and contacts integration:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Profile.
- Under Others, in the Calendar and Contact Integration section, click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service.
- Select a service.
- Change the permissions for the service.
- Click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to grant Zoom access to the calendar/contacts service.
- After allowing access, you will be redirected back to the Zoom web portal, which will indicate the permissions for the calendar and contacts integration.
You can check out this article for more information.
